Party at PlayWell

We offer 2 party packages–basic and premium. The basic starts at $900, and the premium starts at $1350. You can see what’s included in these packages here

You can request your preferred date/time here. If the date is available, you will receive an invoice for your nonrefundable deposit. Once the deposit is paid, the date is secured. If the date is not available, our party planner will provide alternate dates and times.

Yes! You are welcome to bring food, drinks, decorations, etc. Some families ask about hiring additional entertainment. Since the space has so much to offer as it is, we do not recommend hiring party entertainers. We have had some parties hire face painters, and this has been a successful option if you wish to go that route. We ask that you use our preferred vendor‍. She uses high quality glitter-free products that do not stain our equipment. :)

You can bring anything you like except the following:
Piñatas
Glitter
Glass Burlap Confetti (including balloons with confetti inside)

You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your party starts to set up. Our staff will be available to assist!

Yes, each guest is required to have at least one adult attend the party with them.

Both packages include 11 guests plus the birthday child. Each additional child is $25 and our capacity is 25 kids and their caregivers. We also welcome the extended family of the birthday child!

Our parties follow an open play format. Roughly an hour into the party, our staff will gather the kids to the tables set up near the play area and serve pizza. They’ll return to the play area after eating and staff will clear the tables, and roughly 20 minutes before the party ends the kids will come back to the tables for cake/cupcakes.

Our Saturday parties can begin between 3 and 4 PM. On Sundays, we offer 2 timeslots: 12:30-2:30 and 3:30-5:30
